The fractional movement is gathering momentum, with over 142,000 senior executives describing themselves as fractional on LinkedIn in January 2025 (compared to just 2,000 in 2022). The global fractional executive marketplace is predicted to quadruple to over $29billion by 2033*, with demand driven by the rising cost and risk of executive hires and a more affordable alternative that enables scaling businesses to access highly qualified directors.
