Tom started his insurance career in 2005 working for NFU before moving on to Henderson Insurance Brokers, working his way up to Director level prior to the sale of the business to AON in 2017. Having grown frustrated with the corporate approach to insurance broking, he jumped at the opportunity to join Partners& in
2020. He is committed to helping the business grow and to developing our people for the future.
Since starting his career with Alexander Forbes as a graduate trainee, Jonathan has built a leading reputation and specialist knowledge in the food and drink and M&A sectors, most recently at JLT and Marsh. Jonathan is also very active in a number of charities and is a committee member of Kids Out, a Director of Birmingham Food Council and has recently co-founded BFPS Black Leaders Network.
Matthew is Cyber Director at Partners&, where he helps organisations of all sizes and across all sectors understand, prepare for, and respond to cyber-attacks. With more than 30 years of experience working with clients in industries including life sciences and emerging technologies, he specialises in aligning intelligent insurance solutions with tailored risk-management controls. Matthew has held senior broking roles in Europe, the USA and the Middle East, giving him broad international expertise and a deep understanding of the evolving cyber-risk landscape.
