Before joining GoGlobal, Jason served as Global Head of Corporate Services at Ocorian, where he led the growth and transformation of the company’s corporate services business across more than 20 jurisdictions. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership positions at TMF Group, including Global Head of Consultancy Solutions and Regional Director for North America and the Caribbean. In these roles, he supported multinational companies, private equity-backed businesses and investors with expansion and operational strategy.
Paul is a seasoned global business strategist with over 15 years of experience helping companies navigate complex regulatory environments and successfully enter new international markets. His expertise spans HR strategy, compliance and entity structuring globally—a combination that enables growing organizations to scale efficiently while managing risk.

Thomas brings over 18 years of expertise in international tax, HR, legal and payroll to his role as Director of Business & Corporate Services for GoGlobal. He began his professional journey as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in the Middle East, where he managed multinational clients before joining Vistra.
At Vistra, Thomas led a team of 30 accountants across multiple jurisdictions, specializing in international tax planning and compliance. His success led to his pivotal role in establishing and growing Vistra’s international expansion business services in London, where he built an expansive and profitable team. Thomas then founded Expandia Global where he provided international expansion advisory services to companies looking to grow their global operations. In 2024, Expandia Global merged with GoGlobal where he continues to provide guidance and support to clients.
