A global community redefining how businesses, and leaders, grow.

The Liberti Group consists of The CFO Centre, The Marketing Centre, Kiss the Fish, People Puzzles and YRH Finance Team. We are a family of specialist businesses delivering high-calibre fractional expertise to ambitious SMEs around the world.

Together, we’re pioneering a smarter, more flexible way of working which connects businesses with the right leaders, at the right time, for the most transformational impact.

Who We Are

Liberti Group works collaboratively with a group of independently led businesses, each operating under its own brand, leadership, and commercial discipline, across finance, marketing, people, and sales.

We’re united by a shared mission: to make fractional leadership transformational for clients and fulfilling for professionals.

Across our network, over 600 Principals deliver proven results for more than 1,200 businesses, supported by 60 Regional Directors and a central team dedicated to innovation, connection, and continuous improvement.

What We Do

All Liberti Group businesses give clients access to experienced, part-time leaders through a proven team-based portfolio structure.

Our fractional model combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery, helping SMEs accelerate growth, strengthen performance, and scale sustainably.

Through Liberti Club, we extend this value even further, connecting business leaders, fractional experts, and trusted partners through a year-round programme of events, insights, and shared learning.

It’s where our community comes together to collaborate, exchange ideas, and build the relationships that drive long-term business success.

For professionals, Liberti Group offers a new kind of career: one that blends independence with collaboration, flexibility with fulfilment, and meaningful work with measurable results.

It’s a model built for the future of work which empowers exceptional talent and exceptional businesses alike.

What Makes Us Different

Our team-based portfolio model is what sets Liberti Group apart.

It ensures every client benefits not just from the expertise of their Principal, but from the collective knowledge, structure, and support of the entire Liberti Group community.

We continually refine this model to stay at the forefront of the fractional leadership movement, attracting outstanding professionals, driving innovation, and ensuring fair reward for every stakeholder.

By bringing together people, purpose, and performance, we multiply the value delivered to every client and create opportunity for every professional within our group.

Why We Do It

At Liberti Group, we believe the businesses powering the backbone of the economy deserve more.

The mid-tier and scale-up companies we serve are often the ‘forgotten middle’; too large for start-up support, yet not big enough to attract the attention or resources of large corporates.

Despite contributing billions to productivity and employment, these businesses are frequently underserved when it comes to strategic leadership.

So we exist to give ambitious, growing companies access to the same level of strategic insight, financial acumen, and operational expertise as any global enterprise but with the flexibility and value that makes sense for their stage of growth.

Through our fractional model, we enable businesses to scale sustainably, with the right leadership in place at the right time.

We know that scaling a business is about ensuring intelligent growth that takes place with confidence and control. Our mission is to close that capability gap, helping founders and leaders access exceptional talent across finance, marketing, sales, and people. By creating an ecosystem of world-class fractional professionals, we’re unlocking the potential of the UK’s mid-market and giving its most ambitious businesses the freedom to scale smarter.

Jennifer Raines – Founder, YRH Finance Team

Jennifer founded YRH Finance Team in 2007 after recognising a major gap for businesses scaling through £2M–£10M: they needed high-quality financial expertise, but without the £160k+ cost and risk of a single full-time hire. Her solution was to embed experienced Financial Managers and Controllers 2–3 days per week, supported by a wider team of technical specialists, combining deep knowledge with hands-on understanding of each client’s business.

She continues to lead YRH Finance Team with one guiding principle: collective expertise delivers better outcomes than individual dependency. More than 1,300 businesses have now benefited from this model, proving its impact and scalability.
