What we do to support and develop our team
A rigorous selection programme is used to ensure the new candidates are a good match for our culture and they share our values: open, progressive, passionate.
That they are high calibre professionals with extensive experience is a prerequisite, however, all candidates must also pass our barbeque test. They must be able to adapt and ‘fit in’ with our clients and be as comfortable being an experienced board executive, as they are hosting and cooking sausages at our annual barbeque.
Learning and Development Programmes
A range of support, including learning and development programmes exist to help new principals come on-board, learn our philosophy and IP. The on-boarding programme is a thorough introduction to our methods of working and protocols, our services and our culture.
