Reina Lim – Hong Kong, CEO
Reina is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australia Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. She is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and is currently on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong). She has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Queensland.
Reina began her career as an auditor and moved to the area of transaction advisory services, specializing in due diligences for M&A transactions. She has extensive experience in transaction advisory services and has assisted listed companies and numerous international companies by providing specialized transaction support in mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore and other Asia Pacific regions.
In her numerous years of public accounting career, Reina has worked in Arthur Andersen Singapore, Deloitte Singapore and Deloitte Hong Kong. Her experience varies across a wide variety of industries, including TMT, consumer products, manufacturing, real estate and semi-conductor industries.
In June 2007, Reina joined Boardroom Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, as Country Head and Executive Director of Boardroom group of companies in Hong Kong.
During her 6 years tenure with Boardroom, Reina led strategic directions and business development of the Hong Kong operations. She developed close working relationships with partners and clients, and successfully led the firm to gaining admittance into the Federation of Share Registration in Hong Kong, a known barrier of entry for Share Registration business in Hong Kong. She also led Boardroom Limited’s acquisition of a company in China, expanding Boardroom’s footprint into China and acted as a Director of the China subsidiary. Riena was also the company secretary of 4 companies listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
