Debbie Benger – Group HR & Business Support Manager

Debbie joined the FD Centre in 2007 as part-time PA to Sara Daw. Whilst continuing her role as PA to Sara, and latterly also to Colin Mills, given Debbie’s Customer Relationship, Event Management and HR background with companies such as Volvo, the IoD and Tandem, Debbie’s position at the FD Centre expanded to that of HR and Business Support Manager.

Debbie strongly believes that the strength of any successful business is its people and their ongoing motivation and development within a supportive environment. This belief is supported at the FD Centre by a culture that places the continuous development of its people high on the agenda, along with a whole team approach to everything it does, and it’s one that Debbie’s proud to be a part.
